Live Webinar: Recent Developments in the Labour Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the Managing Partner of Redbrick Law Firm
On 17 July 2026, the Managing Partner of Redbrick Law Firm hosted a live webinar on the Paragraph platform addressing the latest amendments to the Labour Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The webinar covered the following key issues:
— prohibition of concluding civil-law contracts (GPC contracts) where there are indicators of an employment relationship (Articles 26 and 27 of the Labour Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan);
