During the training, using hypothetical case studies, participants analyzed key provisions of a share purchase agreement for a target company governed by the laws of England and Wales, including:

• Representations and Warranties
• Conditions Precedent
• Indemnities
• Legal framework governing the transfer of a participation interest from the seller to the buyer

The training also covered specific aspects of joint land use structured as a consortium partnership.

The program was conducted in accordance with FIBAA standards — an international accreditation system for business administration programs.
